These terms govern access to and use of the Los Palmitos Peñiscola website and the contracting of services offered by our establishment. For any enquiry please write to recepcion@lospalmitospeniscola.com.
1. Purpose
This document governs the use of the website and the conditions applicable to booking tourist accommodation at Los Palmitos Peñiscola. Acceptance is required to use our services.
2. Bookings and payments
Bookings are made through our official channels or partner agencies. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Cash is not accepted at the property.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked and are stated in the confirmation. For non-refundable rates no amount will be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 12:00 to 14:00. Check-out by 10:30. ID and credit card are required at check-in. Minimum age of the lead guest: 18.
5. Guest obligations
Guests agree to make responsible use of the facilities, respect the rules of the property and quiet hours (23:00 to 09:00). Any damage caused may be charged to the card provided.
6. Liability
The establishment is not liable for personal items not stored in the safe or for incidents arising from improper use of the facilities.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, trademarks, logos) is the property of the owner or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Castellón, unless consumer legislation establishes another jurisdiction.
